1. Return Eligibility
We want every Roccope customer to be completely happy with their purchase. You may return a product within 7 days of delivery, provided it meets all of the following conditions:
1.1 Conditions for an Eligible Return
- ✅ Returned within 7 days of the delivery date (as confirmed by tracking)
- ✅ Product is unused and unworn with no signs of use
- ✅ Original condition — no scratches, stains, odours, or damage
- ✅ All original packaging intact — box, dust bag, tags, tissue, and accessories
- ✅ Return request raised through our official support channel before shipping
❌ Returns Will NOT Be Accepted If:
The product has been used, worn, scratched, stained, or shows any signs of handling beyond initial inspection. Products returned without original packaging or after the 7-day window will be rejected and sent back to the customer. Roccope reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
1.2 Leather Nature Disclaimer
👍 Important: Natural Leather Variation is Not a Defect
Genuine leather is a natural material. Variations in grain pattern, surface texture, natural markings, and slight colour tone differences are inherent characteristics of authentic leather — not manufacturing defects. Each Roccope product is unique by nature. These variations do not qualify as grounds for return or exchange. If you are unsure about a variation you have noticed, please contact us at support@roccope.com before raising a return request.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- 🎯 Gift Cards — All Roccope gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable
- 📦 Bundle & Combo Deals — Products purchased as part of a bundle or combo offer cannot be returned individually or as a set
- 🚫 Used or Damaged Products — Any product showing signs of use, wear, scratches, or post-delivery damage
- 🚫 Products Without Original Packaging — Returns without complete original packaging will not be accepted
Note: When customisation and personalisation features are launched on roccope.com, personalised or engraved products will also be classified as non-returnable. Full terms will be communicated at launch.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Returning a Roccope product is simple. Please follow these steps:
Contact Our Support Team
Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery via our official support channel or email us at support@roccope.com. Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product.
Await Return Approval
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with a decision. Do NOT ship the product back before receiving written approval — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Pack the Product Carefully
Once approved, securely pack the product in its original box with all tags, dust bags, and accessories intact. Use bubble wrap or protective material if the original packaging has been opened.
Ship the Product
Ship the product to the address provided by our support team. Use a trackable shipping service and share the tracking number with us. For orders above ₹999, we will arrange a free pickup — details will be shared upon approval.
Inspection & Resolution
Once we receive the product, our quality team will inspect it within 2–3 business days. If approved, your refund or replacement will be processed promptly.
⚠️ Important: Do Not Return Without Approval
Products shipped back to Roccope without a prior written return approval from our support team will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at their own cost. Always initiate the return process through our official channel first.
4. Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange your product for a different size, colour, or style, we are happy to help within 7 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns (see Section 1).
4.1 How to Request an Exchange
- Contact us at support@roccope.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the details of the product you'd like instead
- Our team will confirm availability of the requested replacement item
- If the replacement is available, follow the same return process (Section 3) to send back the original product
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your exchange product will be dispatched within 3–5 business days
4.2 Exchange Shipping Costs
The cost of shipping back the original product follows the same return shipping rules — free for orders above ₹999, customer-borne otherwise. Roccope will bear the shipping cost for dispatching the exchange product to you within India.
4.3 Price Difference
If the exchange product is of a higher value than the original purchase, you will be required to pay the price difference before the exchange is dispatched. If the exchange product is of a lower value, the difference will be refunded to your original payment method.

5.2 Refund Timeline
After your return has been received, inspected, and approved by our quality team, refunds are processed within 7–10 business days. Please note the following:
- Refund processing time begins after the product passes our quality inspection
- Once processed by Roccope, the time for the refund to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider
- Credit card refunds may take an additional 5–7 banking days to appear on your statement
- UPI and wallet refunds are generally faster — typically 2–3 business days
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
5.3 Partial Refunds
In cases where the product is returned in a condition that does not fully meet our return eligibility criteria (for example, missing one accessory from the original packaging), Roccope reserves the right to issue a partial refund after notifying the customer.
5.4 Original Shipping Charges
Original delivery shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Roccope's part, such as receiving a wrong or defective item.

For free return pickups (orders above ₹999), our support team will share a pickup slot and courier instructions after your return is approved. Please ensure the product is ready and packed before the scheduled pickup.
7. Received a Damaged or Wrong Item?
We sincerely apologise if you have received a damaged or incorrect product. This is not the experience we want for any Roccope customer. Please follow these steps immediately:
- Do not use the product
- Take clear photographs of the product, packaging, and any visible damage immediately upon receipt
- Email us at support@roccope.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photographs, and a brief description
- Our team will prioritise your case and respond within 1 business day
For verified cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or wrong items shipped, Roccope will offer a full replacement or full refund — at no cost to the customer. All return shipping costs in such cases will be borne entirely by Roccope.
⏰ Please Report Within 48 Hours
Damage or wrong item claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window may not be eligible for a full resolution. We strongly recommend inspecting your order upon receipt and reporting any issues promptly.
8. International Returns
Roccope ships to select countries internationally. If you are an international customer and wish to return a product, please note the following:
- International returns must be raised within 7 days of delivery, subject to the same eligibility conditions
- All return shipping costs for international orders are borne entirely by the customer
- Roccope is not responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or delays arising from the return shipment
- Refunds for international orders will be processed in INR to the original payment method; currency conversion charges are not borne by Roccope
- Please use a trackable and insured courier service for international returns — Roccope is not liable for returns lost in transit

If you received a Roccope product as a gift and would like to exchange it, please contact us at support@roccope.com with the order details (shared by the gift sender) and the reason for exchange. Exchanges for gifted items are subject to the same 7-day window and eligibility conditions. Refunds for gifted items will be processed to the original purchaser's payment method.

Q: I received the wrong product. What should I do?

A: No. Bundle and combo deal purchases are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, either individually or as a set.
Q: Can I return a gift card?
A: No. Gift card purchases are non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances.
Q: How do I track my return shipment?
